Sole of The Matter - Every Step Matters

$126.00

This is 45 - 60 min session of Physical Therapy for the feet, based on my book, The Sole of the Matter. The feet are too important to forget. Most Physical Therapist don’t ever look at the feet of our patient’s and it is the missing link for 99% of our them. When you touch the sole of the feet, you touch the inner soul in a way that allows them to let go and find their flow again. “Research on diabetic and treatment‑related peripheral neuropathy shows that electroacupuncture at specific lower‑leg and foot points can reduce numbness, burning, and pain, improve nerve conduction, and enhance blood flow to the feet. Studies on acupressure for diabetic polyneuropathy also demonstrate meaningful reductions in neuropathic foot pain and better sleep, supporting point‑based manual work as a non‑pharmacologic option. In my practice, these findings inform an integrated approach where, when appropriate, I may use gentle electrical stimulation through dry needles, targeted acupressure to key foot and ankle points, and manual fascial techniques to help modulate nerve sensitivity, improve circulation, and support safer walking and balance in people with neuropathic feet.”
